Why Ouray is an Amazing Place to Elope
Ouray is called “The Switzerland of America” because of its unique mountain views! It is a charming town with shopping, breweries, natural hot springs, and outdoor adventures like the new Ouray Via Ferrata. If you love off-roading and outdoor recreation, it doesn’t get any better than Ouray! People from all over travel here to drive the famous Alpine Loop. It is one of the most challenging and scenic off roading adventures in the world. You can drive right up to your elopement spot on the Alpine Loop and exchange vows at 13,000 feet. Afterward, soak in the huge public hot springs, or in one of the private hot springs at the local hotels.
