2024’s Most Breathtaking Elopement Moments: A Year in Review

As 2024 comes to a close, I’ve been thinking about all the amazing elopements I had the chance to photograph this year in Telluride and Ouray. From mountaintops and hidden waterfalls, to golden Aspens and snowy peaks… this year was filled with moments that were as unique as the couples themselves!

One of my favorite parts was shooting elopements under those famous golden aspen trees in the fall. There’s just something magical about those yellow leaves—they add a warmth to the photos that makes the love between each couple seem to sparkle.

But what truly makes these experiences unforgettable isn’t just the scenery. It’s the couples I get to work with, and the kind words they share after seeing their photos.
